  • Duplicate or erroneous payments caused by a billing error.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the service has commenced.
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences if the service meets the agreed specifications.
  • Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information, feedback, or approvals.
  • Digital deliverables already approved or used by the client.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

  2. Provide a clear explanation of the issue, along with supporting documentation if possible.
  3. Allow us the opportunity to correct or revise the work before a refund is considered.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • In some cases, partial refunds may be granted based on the amount of work completed.
